Repair and return

Premium Engineering – that is what we demand of our products and processes.

If we should ever fail to do so, we are quick and solution-oriented in finding a solution. Your request in the form of a repair or return is handled conveniently and easily using the standardised RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to contact us directly.

If you urgently need a replacement unit, please send us a separate order indicating that it is a replacement unit. If we receive the damaged unit and determine that a warranty case exists, you will receive a credit note for the replacement unit.

Cost estimate: Will only be issued if this is marked accordingly on the RMA form. Please note that we will charge a cost estimate and inspection costs if you do not wish to have the offered repair carried out.

Please note the following points when processing:

  • Use the RMA form
  • Fill in as completely as possible and send
  • Describe your request to us
  • Enclose RMA confirmation with the return shipment
